arizona Pecan Brittle 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
2/3 Cup Light KaroŽ Syrup
3 Cups Pecans
1/4 Cup Water
3 Teaspoons Baking Soda line A Cookie Sheet With Aluminum Foil And Spray Pam Over It. Combine Sugar, KaroŽ Syrup, Pecans And Water In A Saucepan. Boil To The Hard-crack Stage. remove From Heat And Immediately Add The Baking Soda. Stir Furiously. Pour Onto Prepared Cookie Sheet. Let Cool, Then Crack Into Pieces. |
