2 Cups Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Cups Diced Apples
1 Teaspoon Salt

combine Sugar, Eggs, Oil, Flour, Salt, Soda And Cinnamon. Fold In Apples. Pour Into A Greased 13 X 9-inch Pan.

prepare Topping.

topping
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Pecans, Chopped

mix Sugar And Cinnamon Together. Sprinkle On Top Of Batter. Sprinkle Pecans On Top And Bake At 325 Degrees F For 40 To 50 Minutes.
