5 Eggs
1 Cup Chopped Shrimp
1 Cup Shredded Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Water Chestnuts
1/4 To 1/2 Cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

beat Eggs Until Thick. Add Shrimp, Onions, Water Chestnuts, Bean Sprouts, Mushrooms, And Soy Sauce To Eggs And Continue Beating.

heat Small Amount Of Oil In A Heavy Shallow Pan. Carefully Ladle Shrimp Mixture Into Pan The Size Of A Medium Pancake. Cook Until Brown And Then Turn.

serve With Sauce.

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Can Beef Bouillon
1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar

mix Ingredients And Cook Until Slightly Thickened, Stirring Constantly.
