Put Them Into A Bowl. Mix In The Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Rice Wine Or Sherry, And Cornstarch. Let The Meat Marinate For 20 Minutes. heat A Wok Until It Is Very Hot, Then Add The Peanut Oil.
