Cheese Pie Recipe

cheese Pie (käse Wake — Switzerland)

1 (9-inch) Unbaked Piecrust
1/2 Pound Swiss Cheese, Grated
1 Tablespoon Flour
3 Eggs, Well Beaten
1 Cup Milk
salt And Pepper, To Taste

combine Cheese And Flour. Spread In Piecrust. Combine Milk And Eggs. Add Salt And Pepper And Pour Over Cheese. Bake At 400 Degrees F For 15 Minutes. Reduce Heat To 325 Degrees F And Bake 30 More Minutes Or Until A Knife Inserted In Center Comes Out Clean.
