heidelberg Meat Loaf

1 1/2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
3 Slices Rye Bread, Torn Up
1 Cup Beer Or Bouillon - Any Brand
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Caraway Seed (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

preheat Oven To 350 Degrees F.

mix All Of The Ingredients Together. Spread The Mixture Into An Ungreased 9 X 5-inch Loaf Pan. Bake Uncovered For 1 To 1 1/4 Hours.

drain Off The Excess Fat And Let Stand For 5 To 10 Minutes Before Slicing.

serve On A Heated Platter.
