Pour Over Chicken. Cover And Refrigerate Overnight. brown Chicken In Hot Oil; Cover And Reduce Heat. Simmer Until Tender, About 20 Minutes. Remove Heat And Continue To Simmer On Low Until Liquid Is Gone. Season With Salt And Pepper. serve Over Rice. |
