Cabbage Jambalaya Recipe

cabbage Jambalaya

1 Medium Cabbage, Cut Up
1 Large Onion, Chopped Fine
1 Green Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
2 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cups Rice
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

put Oil In A Baking Dish And Layer Half Of The Raw Cabbage, Raw Rice, Two Ground Meats Mixed Together, Onions And Pepper. Pour 1/2 Can Tomato Sauce Over Layers. Repeat With Another Layer Of Same Ingredients. Pour Remaining Sauce, Salt And Pepper And 2 Cups Water Over Layers. Bake For 1 Hour At 350 Degrees F.
