1 1/3 Cups Regular Rice
2 2/3 Cups Water
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Butter Or Margarine
1/4 Cup Confectioners’ Sugar
ground Cinnamon

heat Rice, Water And Salt To Boiling In 3-quart Saucepan, Stirring Once Or Twice; Reduce Heat. Cover And Simmer 14 Minutes Without Lifting Cover Or Stirring. Remove From Heat. Fluff Rice Lightly With Fork; Cover And Let Steam 5 To 10 Minutes.

stir In Margarine And Confectioners' Sugar. Sprinkle With Cinnamon; Serve Warm.
