pebre (chilean Hot Pepper Sauce)

1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
1 To 2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro (coriander)
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 To 6 Fresh Hot Green Chile Peppers,
    Seeded And Finely Chopped
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
salt, To Taste

combine All Ingredients In A Small Bowl And Allow To Sit At Room Temperature For At Least 1 Hour.

makes About 1 Cup.
