Heat Oysters In Own Liquor 5 Minutes; Drain. fry Shrimp And Oysters In Butter 2 Minutes. Add Onion And Garlic. Cook 5 Minutes Longer. Add Seasonings, Tomatoes, Chile Pepper And Rice, Mixing Well.
