1 Pound Cooked Okra
1 Onion, Chopped
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Garlic Clove, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Strained Tomatoes

drain Cooked Okra. Brown Onion, Pepper And Garlic Lightly In Butter; Add Tomato And Simmer 5 Minutes. Add Okra. Reheat And Serve Hot.
